What are neurotoxins?

Neurotoxin injections are most useful in the treatment of lines of motion or expression.  These products are most commonly used to treat frown lines, "crow's feet," forehead lines, and "bunny lines" across the nose.   They can also be used to treat thin lines on the upper lip caused by repetitive puckering or smoking , transverse line across the chin and even a "gummy smile".

How does it work?

With a simple procedure you can dramatically improve your worst wrinkles while still having a natural look.  Within 7-10 days, you’ll see remarkable results that will last for months.

What is the process?

The administration of neurotoxins is a 10-15 minute procedure in which small portions of the liquid are injected into the skin. The procedure causes minimal discomfort and no sedation or local anesthetic is required. Your treatment will ideally last for 3-4 months. Gradually, as the muscle returns to normal and becomes more active you will see the wrinkle again, though the lines and wrinkles have a tendency to appear less obvious with time if treatments are administered regularly.

Benefits of an injections?

Neurotoxin injections have benefits beyond reducing wrinkles. Injection benefits have been found to help reduce excessive sweating, muscle spasms, overactive bladder and lazy eyes. In some cases, injections may help with migraine headaches.
