G. DeAn Strobel, MD founded Allure Laser & Medical Spa in 2002 and has led the practice ever since — more than two decades of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, right here in Sherman, TX. Our team of nurse practitioners provides advanced-practice-level care for every cosmetic injectable we offer. Lasers and other spa services are provided by our team of trained professionals — including nurse practitioners, nurses, laser technicians, and licensed aestheticians.

Talitha Hooker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Certified Advanced Nurse Injector
With a compassionate heart and a steady hand, Talitha stands at the forefront of aesthetic nursing, bringing over 20 years of experience to her role as a Certified Nurse Injector at Allure Laser & Medical Spa.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, Talitha embarked on a journey that would see her expertise grow across various nursing disciplines. But her passion for aesthetics and dermatology eventually led her to specialize in the field of cosmetic nursing.
​
Understanding that each patient walks a unique path to self-improvement, Talitha ensures that every treatment plan she devises is as individualized as the patients themselves. She is highly skilled in techniques involving neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and lasers for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and vascular issues.

Certified by Abbvie (formerly Allergan), Merck and McKesson, Talitha's philosophy is underpinned by the belief that aesthetic enhancement should be subtly empowering and safe. Talitha knows that it is not just about the injections or the immediate results; but it is about the restored confidence and joy she witnesses in her patients.

When Talitha isn't wearing her professional hat, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and attending their sporting events. Being a native of Denison, TX, she has many friends and family and enjoys many activities in support of her community.

Kalee Perdue
Kalee has been with our team since 2007 and has excelled at many roles and responsibilities at Allure Laser & Medical Spa. As the Spa Coordinator, she is responsible for operations, office management, client-related services, and social media marketing. Kalee has always had a passion for skin care and the beauty industry. With her positive personality, she excels in making each client feel special and welcome. Plus, her knowledge of skin care within the products carried at the Spa is unmatched. Kalee is a Sherman native and loves her community. Madison Vannoy
Madison is a graduate of the Dallas Laser Institute and has been with Allure Laser and Medical Spa since 2021. Her commitment to clear communication and empathy with her clients is evident in her interactions with new and established clients of the Spa. Her quiet and gentle demeanor fosters trust in delivering a positive experience with any cosmetic needs. Outside of work, Madison enjoys her friends, family and the pool or beach are places she finds to relax. Daniela Castillo, APRN, FNP-BC
Certified Advanced Nurse Injector
Daniela Castillo is a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner that joined out team in 2025 and brings a warm, thoughtful approach to patient care. Born in California and raised in Texas, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Grayson College before completing both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Daniela’s diverse clinical background includes medical-surgical and critical care nursing, pain management, and primary care as well as women's health, giving her a strong foundation for caring for patients with a wide range of health needs.
Daniela has also completed advanced training in aesthetic injections, combining clinical expertise with an individualized, natural-looking approach. She is currently welcoming new aesthetic clients at Allure.

Dr. DeAn Strobel founded our non-surgical cosmetic business in 2002. She and her staff have many years of experience helping customers with their medical as well as cosmetic needs.

Tonya is manager of operations for the corporation that includes both Allure Laser & Medical Spa and our sister clinic G. DeAn Strobel, MD, PA. She has received her Associates in Accounting and pre-requisitions for nursing. She has 20+ years of experience in the medical field. Tonya's goal is to make each person feel welcomed with a smile and compassion.

Debbie Cosper
Debbie has served many roles for the corporation that includes both G. DeAn Strobel, MD, PA and Allure Laser & Medical Spa. Currently she oversees all financial aspects of the business but has also been office manager in the past. Debbie has over 30 years experience in accounting and business management with an A.B.A. in accounting.
